こんにちは。

 

新型コロナウイルスの影響でプールが使えない日々が続いています。

いつまでこの状態が続くかはわかりませんが、今は家の中や家の周辺でできるトレーニングで身体を鍛えていきたいと思っています。

 

いつもやっているトレーニングだけでは飽きてしまう為、この機会にいろいろなトレーニングにチャレンジしてみようと思います!

 

 

今回は普段のトレーニングには取り入れていない「縄跳び」を試してみました!

 

➀ 前飛び3分、休憩1分を2セット

 

➁ 片足飛び3分、休憩1分を1セット

 

➂ 2重飛び何回できるかチャレンジ! 記録は23回!(笑)

 

 

①と②のトレーニングは、途中で縄が引っかかっても動きを止めず、

再びすぐに飛び始め、3分間“動き続けること”を大切にしました!

 

縄跳びは15分程度の運動でも、足腰が鍛えられ、

心拍数があがることで燃焼効果も感じられるため、すごく良いトレーニングになりました。

今までトレーニングメニューに入れていなかったことを後悔しているぐらいです。

 

外出もあまりできず、家の中で過ごす日々が続きますが、この機会にいろいろな事に挑戦して、

プールでの練習を再開した際に、今まで以上に充実したトレーニングが行えるよう頑張りたいと思います!
